Developed skills and lines of research
Sofia Bisogni earned her degree in Nursing in 2006 from the University of Florence, followed by a Master’s degree in 2009 from the same institution. In 2015, she completed her Ph.D. at the University of L’Aquila. Her research career began in 2008 as a Research Nurse in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florence. Currently, she is a Researcher in the Department of Health Sciences at the same university. To date, she has co-authored 33 publications, 12 of which have been published in indexed or peer-reviewed journals. Her research focuses on studying the impact of hospitalization on young patients and exploring methods to alleviate their discomfort.
