Developed skills and lines of research
Eugenio Notomista graduated in Biology in 1995 and subsequently earned a PhD in Molecular Biology. Since 2004, he has been a Researcher at the Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Naples Federico II.
Prof. Notomista has focused his research on the structure-function relationship of proteins, protein sequence evolution and analysis, genome analysis, protein modeling, and the characterization and modeling of protein/membrane interactions. His scientific contributions are documented by 30 publications in international journals, 2 patents, 34 conference presentations, and approximately 30 citations per year.
